These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by GEEBYTES VTU ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our mobile application, website, or WhatsApp services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

GEEBYTES VTU provides VTU-related services including but not limited to data subscriptions, airtime recharge, cable TV subscription, electricity bill payment, and examination PINs (WAEC, NECO).

2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
  • You agree not to share your login credentials, OTPs, or PINs.
  • All transactions performed under your account are your responsibility.

3. Pricing & Validity

Prices and validity periods are subject to change without prior notice due to network provider updates. Some data plans (e.g. SME data) may expire early based on usage or network policy.

4. Failed, Delayed & Pending Transactions

  • Transactions may occasionally fail or delay due to network or third-party issues.
  • Pending transactions should not be repeated until resolved.
  • Successful debit without delivery will be investigated.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for failed transactions that are confirmed unsuccessful.
  • Successful deliveries are not refundable.
  • Refunds, when approved, may be credited to the user wallet instead of cash.
  • Manual payments require verification before any refund is processed.

6. No Reversal Policy

Once a service (data, airtime, bills, or PINs) has been successfully delivered, it cannot be reversed or retrieved.

7. Fraud & Abuse

Any attempt to defraud, abuse the system, or provide false information may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, upgrades, or network issues beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

GEEBYTES VTU shall not be liable for indirect losses, network failures, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
